The machine is well equipped with modern technology to ensure the best outcome in terms of productivity and quality in this 4th industrial revolution era.

We manufacture different types of carton, boxes ranging from 3 to 7 ply depending on the requirements of the clients. We are simply able to produce most styles from a basic standard box to the most complex with integral parts, either self-locking, glued or stitched, plain or printed.
We use virgin, kraft and white Liner of Australia & USA, Recycled paper from Taiwan Korea, Semi-chemical medium from Sweden, Medium from Korea and Malaysia and starch from Thailand under bonded warehouse facilities of Bangladesh Government.
We are presently producing 60,000 nos of corrugated carton daily in an 8 hour shift. But we have a provision to increase the production as per demand of the clients. A good number of QC experts are engaged in every steps of production through our Lab. Once an unmatched carton with the standard is found, it becomes our duties to check the whole lot to deliver the right product without any mistake.

Working as a partner with Junior Chambers International in various Sustainable Development Goal based projects in Bangladesh. Junior Chamber International, commonly referred to as JCI, is a non-profit international non-governmental organization of young people between 18 and 40 years old. It has members in about 124 countries, and regional or national organizations in most of them.[The Junior Chamber was founded in 1915.
Sans acting as a partner of one of the SDG (Quality Education) project set by United Nation, organized by JCI Bangladesh. The picture shows the project “Shopnochari”. An examination was conducted based on skill, knowledge and IQ Assessment based in booms taxonomy method test with approx. 50 “O” LEVEL & “A” level standard students of RMG trade workers. By end of 2020 we expect to get 500 students assessed and find above average talents out of them to motivate them, recognize them for academic scholarships all across. We stand firmly to make sure no talent goes into waste.
